SHIPPING METHODS
* FloriArt can deliver Monday to Saturday, to all major suburbs throughout Sydney. We currently are unable to deliver on Sundays (excluding Mother’s Day) and Public holidays.
* FloriArt delivery times are between 9am – 5.30pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)
* FloriArt use numerous couriers to ensure delivery to the location required
* Orders placed for same day delivery must be placed by 2pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, and by 11am (AEST) Saturday for prompt same day delivery service. Those orders placed after these times will be delivered the next working day.
* FloriArt will try their absolute very best to deliver you flowers by the specific time noted in “specials instructions” section when ordering your flowers. Requests can be made for specific times, although we cannot guarantee the time specified, and cannot guarantee to follow all delivery requests.
* FloriArt cannot be responsible for wrong or incomplete delivery addresses, and cannot take responsibility for being unable to deliver if this is the case. Please supply accurate details of the recipient including a phone number when ordering.
* The recipient of the gift ordered may also be contacted if a wrong or incomplete address is given, or, if they are having trouble delivering eg secure unit block and cannot gain access.
* If the recipient is not home to accept the flowers, they will either be left safely. But if they are not safe to leave we will leave a calling card under the door for the recipient to contact us, or may also be left with a neighbour. If for some chance the gift ordered is bought back to the shop due to recipient not being home, an additional delivery fee may apply if a redelivery is needed.
* For a delivery to a large business, hospitals, Schools, unit blocks etc, deliveries will most likely be delivered to reception or the mail room and then forwarded on by the company to the recipient.
* FloriArt can also arrange flowers to be sent interstate and overseas as we are members of Interflora and a member of the Petals Flower Network.
Payments
* Payments are made on line through eWay, which means your credit card details are secure and is connected directly to our bank. This means we do not gain access to your credit card numbers, and payment is secure 24/7.
