Legal Terms and Conditions
By placing an order with FloriArt you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Alcohol products offered for sale by FloriArt as an add on gift will only be sold to those persons over the age of 18. By placing an order, you confirm that you or the recipient of the alcoholic gift are over the age of 18.
FloriArt is closed Sunday's (excluding Mother's Day) and Public Holidays. FloriArt does close over the Christmas New Year period, so please acknowledge banner changes for these If an order is placed on one of these days, it will be sent on the next working day.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
All prices include Goods and Service Tax (GST).
Prices do not include delivery charges. Depending on your delivery location and time of ordering, additional delivery charges may apply.
Tp process your order promptly please fill in all the required fields when ordering. If a confirmation email has not been sent to your email address you provided when ordering, this means your order has not been processed. When entering your Credit Card details, please ensure you enter all numbers correctly, including CCV ( card verification number, the last three digits on the reverse side of your credit card) and expiry date. Your order must be paid in full before it is dispatched.
Cancellations and changes to orders
Orders may be cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery, less $10 administration fee. Those orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order value. Those orders already dispatched from the shop may not be cancelled. Refunds for cancellations will be credited back on to the original credit card used for the initial transaction.

Refunds and returns
If you are unsatisfied with you FloriArt purchase a replacement or refund will be offered. Please keep in mind flowers are perishable and can last anywhere from 4 - 7 days if not longer. Keep in mind direct sunlight and hot temperatures tend to make flowers perish quicker. If flowers are unsatisfactory a replacement will be sent on the terms that the initial order is kept for pick up on delivery of new items. We unfortunately will not send replacement if the initial order has been disposed of.
If an item is delivered damaged or broken we will offer a full refund, on the terms the initial item will be picked up by one of our couriers and returned to our store for assessment, and once assessment has taken place and a fault found a full refund will be issued.

Availability
All floral products are subject to availability. FloriArt reserves the right to substitute any product with an alternative of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality. Substitutions may also be necessary to ensure your same day delivery.
Plants, chocolates, teddies and sundries shown on the website are subject to availability and may also need to be substituted.
